Directions to Sunnyvale Imaging Center on South Sunnyvale Ave.

From 237: Take the Mathilda South Exit. Turn left on Washington Ave. and right on Sunnyvale Avenue.
The office is on the left side of the Street.

From 280 North: Exit at De Anza Blvd. and turn left. This is Saratoga-Sunnyvale Rd. Go through five
signal lights. When the road splits, stay to the right - this is Sunnyvale Avenue. Continue down Sunnyvale Avenue. The office is between McKinley and Washington Avenue across from Macy’s.

From 280 South: Exit at De Anza Blvd. and turn right. Follow directions above for North 280.

From 101: Exit on Mathilda Ave. and take the South Mathilda Exit. Continue for about 1/2 mile until you come to Washington Ave. Turn left. Go past the malls and make a right turn on Sunnyvale Avenue. The office is on the left side of the street.

From 680 South: Exit 280 North. Follow the directions from 280 North above.

From the East Bay/880 South: Take 880 South Santa Cruz Exit to 237 West Exit. From 237 exit on South Mathilda Ave. and follow the directions above for 237.

From 237: Take the Mathilda South Exit. Continue on Mathilda past Washington Avenue, past McKinley, past Olive. The office is on the left side of the Street.

From 280 North: Exit at De Anza Blvd. and turn left. This is Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. Go through five signal lights. When the road splits, stay to the left, this is Mathilda. Continue on Mathilda past El Camino. The office is on the right.

From 280 South: Exit De Anza Blvd., turn right, and follow directions above for North 280. From 101: Exit on Mathilda Ave. and take the South Mathilda Exit. Stay on Mathilda Ave. until El Camino Real. Make a U-Turn at El Camino Real. The office is the third building on the right side of the Street.
